About us

R Young Art Gallery ("we", "us") operates prints.ryoung-art.com, offering giclée printing, canvas printing, scanning, mounting and framing services from our studio in Wokingham, Berkshire.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that any artwork or images you upload are either your own work, or that you have the right and permission to reproduce them. We reserve the right to decline any order, including where we believe the content infringes copyright or is otherwise unsuitable for printing.

Pricing

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing any order affected by a pricing error.

Custom sizes

Prices shown by our custom size calculator are indicative estimates only. The exact price is confirmed when you place your order or when we respond to your enquiry.

File responsibility

We check every file before printing and will contact you if we spot an issue with resolution or colour. However, final image quality depends on the file you provide — we are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution or poorly prepared source files.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership and copyright of any artwork you upload. We do not claim any rights over your work beyond what is needed to fulfil your print order.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, beyond what is required by UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
