Shipping policy

Turnaround time

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Larger or bulk orders may take a day or two longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

UK delivery

We ship UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for flat-packed prints up to A2, and Parcelforce for larger tubed prints (A1 and A0), framed prints, and frames. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and weight.

Delivery is free on flat-packed orders over £100. Free delivery does not apply to tubed, framed, or bulky items due to their higher shipping cost.

Collection

You're welcome to collect your order free of charge from our studio in Wokingham. Select "Collect from studio" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

Packaging

Prints up to A2 are shipped flat, sealed in a protective sleeve with a rigid backing board. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in a reinforced postal tube. Framed prints are wrapped and protected for transit.

International shipping

At this time we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is something we're planning to introduce — if you're outside the UK and would like a print sent to you, get in touch at info@ryoung-art.com and we'll do our best to arrange it on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@ryoung-art.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
