This policy explains what personal information R Young Art Gallery ("we", "us") collects when you use prints.ryoung-art.com, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store your full card details). If you upload artwork files for printing, we collect and store those files for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

To process and fulfil your order, including printing, packing and shipping

To improve our website and services
With your consent, to send you marketing emails about new products and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Artwork files

Files you upload for printing are used solely to produce your order. We do not use, reproduce, display, or sell your artwork for any other purpose — including our own commercial or gallery purposes — without your explicit permission.

Sharing your information

We share your information only with the third parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, and our couriers (Royal Mail and Parcelforce) for delivery. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfil legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.

Uploaded artwork files are kept on file while your account remains active, so that repeat orders and drop shipping can be processed without you needing to re-upload each time. If a file has not been used in any order for 2 years, we may delete it as part of routine data minimisation. You can request deletion of any or all of your files at any time by emailing info@ryoung-art.com, and we will action this within 30 days.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at info@ryoung-art.com.
