We ship UK-wide by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you can collect free from our Wokingham studio. Larger prints and framed pieces go by Parcelforce. Everything is packed by hand before it leaves us.
Flat-packed prints — A4 to A2
Prints up to A2 are sent flat between rigid boards inside a protective sleeve. They do not roll, bend or move in transit.

Tracked 48 delivers in 2–3 working days from despatch. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Large format prints — A1 and A0
A1 and A0 prints are rolled in a protective sleeve and sent in a rigid tube by Parcelforce. These sizes do not qualify for free delivery.

Framed prints and frames
Framed pieces and frames are packed in a rigid box with corner protectors and sent by tracked courier. Delivery is charged at cost and shown at checkout. Because of the glazing, we strongly recommend collection from the studio for framed orders — it removes any transit risk and you can inspect the piece before you take it.
Collect from the studio
Collection is free from either Wokingham location. Orders are usually ready within 3–5 working days. We will email you when your order is ready to collect — please do not come before then.

Drop shipping to your customers
If you sell prints and want us to ship direct to your buyers, we do that too — with no R Young Art paperwork in the parcel. See our drop shipping page for how it works.
Turnaround
Most orders are printed and despatched within 3–5 working days. During busy periods — particularly November and December — please allow up to 7 working days. If you need something urgently, get in touch before ordering and we will do our best.
Packaging
Sleeve and backing board are included in the print price for all sizes. Tubes for A1 and A0 are reflected in the shipping charge. We do not add a separate packaging fee.
Something arrived damaged?
It is rare, but it happens. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the print before opening anything further, then contact us within 48 hours. We will reprint and reship at no cost. We cannot process claims without photographs of the damage.
