Drop Shipping

Sell prints online or at fairs without holding stock. You take the order and payment from your customer. We print, pack and ship it direct to them — with no R Young Art paperwork in the parcel.

Your customer receives a professional package. You never touch the print.

How it works

  1. You send us the order — size, paper, quantity and the delivery address.
  2. We print it, pack it and post it directly to your customer.
  3. Nothing in the parcel mentions R Young Art.
  4. You pay our trade price. You charge your customer whatever you like.

What you get

  • Prints on the same Hahnemühle and Colourbyte papers, on the same Canon printer, as our retail orders
  • Sleeve and backing board on every print as standard
  • Tubes for A1 and A0
  • No minimum order — one print per order is fine
  • Turnaround of 3–5 working days from receiving your order
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 for flat-packed sizes, Parcelforce for large format

What we do not do

  • Custom branded packaging — parcels are plain and unbranded, not R Young Art branded
  • Packing slips with your logo — the parcel contains the print and packaging only
  • Returns handling on your behalf — returns come back to you

If you need custom branded packaging or packing slips, contact us to discuss — we can accommodate this for regular volume accounts.

Pricing

Drop ship orders are priced at our standard retail rates. Volume discounts apply in the same way — 10% off for five or more prints in one order, 20% off for ten or more.

For artists placing regular volume, we are happy to discuss a trade account. Get in touch with your expected monthly volume.

How to place a drop ship order

Order through the store as normal. At checkout:

  • Enter your customer's delivery address, not yours
  • In the order notes field, write "Drop ship — no R Young Art branding"
  • Upload your file or paste a transfer link as usual

We will never include an invoice or any R Young Art materials in a drop ship parcel.

Artwork scanning for your editions

If you work from originals and need a print-ready file first, we scan in-house. Most print studios send scanning out — we do it ourselves, which means a faster turnaround and a file you can reprint from any time. Find out about scanning.
